A special briefing and discussion with Dr Jean Guinet, Head of Unit, OECD, Paris. This event explored the forthcoming full report on China as part of the OECD's strategy review of innovation policies and their economic impact.
Since its launch in Beijing last autumn, the OECD strategy review has already received considerable media attention and has been the source of much discussion amongst the different stakeholder groups consulted around the world.
Whilst the full report is scheduled for completion towards the end of 2008, at this event, Dr Guinet will provide a preview of its main findings and methodology to a selected audience of EU stakeholders and the press. The briefing was organised in collaboration with the Club of Rome and was moderated by Mathew Heim of The Centre.
