The Centre

Oxfam International, with the support of The Centre, organises a round table debate on how to ensure that 21st century aid is delivered effectively through the new European External Action Service (EEAS). This event will give the opportunity to discuss a new report called “21st century aid” by Oxfam International outlining what good aid is - especially the argument that aid should be granted with the sole objective of tackling poverty. It will provide an opportunity to explore how and whether the new EU diplomatic service would serve this aim.
