The Centre invites you to the Brussels launch and The Royal Society’s new report on Geoengineering the Climate. The study provides the most authoritative report to date on the subject and evaluates the potential, feasibility and possible side effects of all of the proposed techniques. The report will be presented by one of the authors Professor Andrew Watson and with comments provided by given by Pierre Dechamps, adviser for energy and climate change at the Bureau of European Policy Advisers, and a commentary by Frank Raes is head of the climate change unit at the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre.
The debate will be moderated by The Centre’s Managing Director, Martin Porter.
