This roundtable disucced means to improve policy and programming related to HIV and AIDS and food security by raising awareness of the many facets of the relationship between HIV/AIDS and food security; and encouraging policy makers and programmers to create more linkages in their work by building closer cooperation between food security and HIV/AIDS staff and experts. Speakers included representatives of CARE International, DG Development, World Food Programme, International Food Policy Research Institute, UNAIDS. Organised together with CARE International.
