The Centre

This high-level roundtable discussion, organised in collaboration with the Foreign Policy Centre (London) and the Centre for Defence Information (Brussels), focused on a new strategy for pre-empting nuclear terrorism. The keynote speaker was Professor Amitai Etzioni, while Robert Cooper, Director General for the Common Foreign and Security Policy in the EU Council, acted as discussant.
